Blue Folder is a homeschool compliance management application that helps parents track attendance, document learning activities, and generate state-required paperwork. The Service provides tools and information to assist with compliance but does not constitute legal advice.
Blue Folder provides general information about homeschool requirements based on publicly available state laws and regulations. This information is for convenience only and should not be relied upon as legal advice. Laws change, and requirements may vary by school district or county. You are responsible for verifying your specific obligations with your state or local education authority.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Blue Folder, including attendance records, work samples, and documents. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Blue Folder offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you will not be charged again. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — if you're not satisfied, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
We strive to keep Blue Folder available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time.
Blue Folder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Alchemy Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
